Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Aceintel service operated by Aceintel ("us", "we", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Aceintel provides Amazon review monitoring, sentiment analysis, trend detection, and AI-generated briefings for products you specify ("ASINs"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@aceintel.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

6. Plan limits

Each plan includes a maximum number of monitored ASINs as described on our pricing page. We will notify you before you exceed your limit. We will not automatically charge overages without prior notice.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, AI-generated output, and reports, is owned by Aceintel. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and its output for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

Amazon review content remains the property of its respective authors and Amazon. We make no claim of ownership over third-party review content surfaced through the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED SUMMARIES WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REVIEW DATA ACCURACY IS SUBJECT TO AMAZON'S PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND STRUCTURE, WHICH MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACEINTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aceintel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
